What to Expect on Your First Visit
Oral Surgery Appointment
At Falcon Implants & Oral Surgery , your first visit typically includes a consultation where we discuss your diagnosis and treatment options. For more complex cases, a separate evaluation may be required before scheduling your procedure.
If you are undergoing IV anesthesia, a preoperative consultation and physical exam are required to ensure your safety.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help us provide the best care and streamline your visit, please bring the following:
Surgical referral slip and any X-rays from your dentist or physician.
A list of current medications you are taking.
Medical and dental insurance cards and relevant information to assist with claim processing.
If you have a medical condition that may impact your surgery—such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, or a history of rheumatic fever—or if you are on medications like aspirin, heart medications, or anticoagulants, please inform our office when scheduling your appointment.
Important Reminders
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
If your X-rays were taken elsewhere, ask your provider to forward them to our office in advance or bring them with you. If additional imaging is required, we can take X-rays in our office.
